life as a new staffing company
Labor Express, Inc. began its life as a new staffing company on June 14, 1999, with the initial office located at 1623 West Market Street, Louisville, KY 40202.
Labor Express did provide housing for their labor employees.
In February 2005, Georgetta Duncan opened Express Plus, LLC with the office located at 220 South 18th Street, to provide employment to legal immigrants (primarily from Eastern Europe), thereby assisting their transition to a productive and self-supporting life in the community.
